Trained in Kickboxing, Low Kick and K1 for 13 1/2 years. I Won a World full contact title, European and Celtic title, I turned professional in 2017 in K1. I fought and drew for the K1 Bantam Weight world title, and awaited for rematch for 3 years, before changing to professional boxing, to achieve my goal. As N.Irelands only professional boxer to win a 4th world title in a new discipline .

As a professional athlete and a Sports Trainer based in the greater Belfast area, I have been training athletes to greatness since 1998. I am truly passionate about health and fitness and always ready to help improve others. I’ve been told I’m tough but understanding, giving each client the individual guidance they need to reach and exceed their limits. Through intense preparation and realistic goal-setting, I motivate, inspire, and develop my clients and athletes into successful stars.
